Celestium Cards – Sell to Us: Terms & Conditions

By submitting the form and sending your items, you agree to the following conditions:
 

1. Eligible Products

• We currently purchase Pokémon cards only.

• Both raw (ungraded) cards and graded slabs are accepted.

• We do not accept counterfeit, altered, or damaged cards beyond normal wear.
   

2. Required Information

To receive an initial offer, you must provide:

• Full name

• Address

• Email

• Description of the items

• Front and back photos of each card (mandatory)

Incomplete submissions may result in a delayed or cancelled evaluation.
 

3. Initial Offer

• Based on the photos and information you provide, we will send you a first offer.

• This offer is non-binding until the items are physically received and inspected.

• If you accept the initial offer, you must send the items to us at your own cost.
   

4. Shipping Items to Us

• Packaging must be safe and secure. We recommend top loaders, team bags, bubble wrap, and a tracked shipping method.

• Celestium Cards is not responsible for lost or damaged incoming shipments.

• We do not reimburse shipping costs for the items you send to us.
   

5. Verification & Final Offer

Once your items arrive:

• We will inspect them within up to 5 business days.

• If the cards match your photos and described condition, we confirm the original offer.

• If the condition is worse than shown or described, we will make a new, adjusted final offer.
   

6. Accepting or Rejecting the Final Offer

• If you accept, we process payment via Bank Transfer, TWINT, or PayPal.

• If you reject the adjusted offer, we will return your items free of charge.
   

7. Returns

• Returns are provided only when a revised (lowered) offer is rejected.

• If the initial offer is confirmed and rejected, return shipping is not available.
   

8. Payment

• Payments are issued as soon as possible after acceptance, typically within 1–2 business days, but can take up to 5 business days.
   

9. Exclusions

We do not purchase:

• Fake or altered cards

• Cards with water damage, mold, or extreme wear

• Non-Pokémon TCG items

• Stolen items or items without legal ownership

• Items sent without prior approval through the form
   

10. Minimum / Maximum Amount

• We accept any number of cards, from 1 to large collections.
   

11. Legal & Ownership

By sending items, you confirm:

• You are the legal owner of the items.

• You are at least 18 years old or have guardian permission.

• You understand the process and agree to these conditions.
   

Celestium Cards reserves the right to refuse any transaction.
