Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.

Cards, booster packs, and sealed products cannot be returned once opened.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. How to Request a Return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Process

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition, unless they are defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs (except for defective items) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order.

Contact us if you wish to exchange a defective or incorrect product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Opened booster packs or sealed products, unless defective

Items damaged by misuse or improper handling.
