Celestium Cards offers trading cards (Pokémon and other TCGs), sealed products, and accessories. All products are guaranteed to be authentic.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed online via the website.

Celestium Cards reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of error, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in CHF (Swiss francs) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is accepted via credit and debit cards.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Celestium Cards ships in Switzerland.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

Celestium Cards is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

Cards, booster packs, and sealed products cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Liability

Celestium Cards is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products.

Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, and designs on the Celestium Cards website are the property of Celestium Cards or their respective owners.

Copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
