At Celestium Cards, certain products — such as Pokémon TCG Online code cards or other digital items — are delivered electronically and not physically shipped.
 

Delivery
 

  • Digital items are sent directly to your email address or available immediately after purchase, depending on the product.

  • Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your order.
     

Returns & Refunds
 

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the code or digital product has been delivered.

  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for codes that have already been viewed, redeemed, or misused.
     

Authenticity
 

  • All codes sold by Celestium Cards come from official Pokémon TCG products and are verified before being listed.
